Why is there not an easy way to contact support? When I click the “contact support” it just takes me back to my Home Screen. I need a number or an email I can contact that is not a bot. I am having issues with our scheduler going to my calendar and not my team members. It is very frustrating trying to find answers and I would just like to get on the phone with someone.

The best way to contact HoneyBook Support is by clicking on the question mark at the bottom right of your screen. An option list will pop up and you can select “Message us”. HoneyBook Support is also available by emailing Concierge@HoneyBook.com

At this time we unfortunately don’t have phone support but our team of live support agents are available Weekdays (Mon. - Fri.): 4am - 8pm, PST and Weekends (Sat. - Sun.): 8am - 5pm, PST. If you chat in outside of those hours, they’ll get to you as soon as they’re back online the following day :)
