Default project naming? Seems like I can't automatically use anything but the clients Firstname Lastname?

Okay, so the dreaded thing happened: I MESSED UP REAL BAD TODAY.

Situation 1: naming of files “firstname lastname’s project” in proposals. I have multiple leads. Two of the leads have somewhat similar names. I’ve sent both proposals. Client A, let’s call him Bob, is a venture-backed established large biotech startup, and Client B, let’s call him Rob, is two young people making hot sauce as a side hustle. I just sent a very casual message to the venture guy's project and not the Gen Z'rs! I know I can manually change the project title afterwards, but there’s no way to automatically make the company name the project name instead of the persons name, is there?

Situation 2: single contact per project. I do love this tool, but there are times when I realize it’s not built for my needs by default, but the wedding / photography background shows. Most of my clients have many people on the team, and only having one contact per project is torture. 

Situation 3: contracts that aren’t project approval (NDA’s etc.). Also, on my pipeline, projects get moved to “contract signed” whenever the client wants to do an NDA before discussing with me. The project itself isn’t yet approved… can I set up the NDA contract to not trigger the workflow thing? 

I’m too neurospicy to keep all this organized it seems! Halp!
