Email communication in a project

I’m running into a major issue with email communication within projects.

Currently, all emails automatically include every contact, and there’s no option to reply to just one person. This has led to situations where someone replies thinking it’s private, but their message is shared with everyone on the project, including sensitive information.

This is creating serious communication concerns and is impacting my ability to confidently use the platform.

Is there a way to control replies (reply vs. reply all), or a workaround to keep certain responses private? If not, is this something being considered for future updates?

Hey @Addie Ashworth  - Yes, you can control who receives email communications!

Every project lists its participants—clients and team members—so you can add or remove recipients before sending. Removing someone from the “To” list prevents them from receiving or viewing that specific message.

Emails sent outside a project can go to a single contact and are managed through the contact workspace.
