I’m starting a new question and conversation about the email formatting because clearly this has not been addressed by HoneyBook. These issues make us look very unprofessional!
There are two parts to this…
1. when using the option to fill in a name from a project automatically into email templates and emails. It is very unclear as to where to put the comma or if you are going to add another person‘s name where that space is. More times than not my email gets sent out looking like this… Hello Samanthaand Ethan , When it should look like this… Hello Samantha and Ethan,
- I am extremely frustrated that when I type an email up, create an email templateor copy and paste an email, It looks great, I have sent it in my regular email to test itand then I put it in HoneyBook and send it and it is all one giant paragraph.
I have spent lots of time working on my email templates to make them look great, easy to read for my clients and then to have them sent looking like one big garbled pile of Text is so frustrating!
Please solve these issues ASAP!
