Emails going to Spam

I just realized all my replies to my emails have been going to my clients spam folders, or at least I am assuming since I barely receive a reply back. I have over 200 inquiries and have emailed each one. I am now realizing they are going to spam. I have tested this out myself 3x and each time it has gone to my personal spam folder. I have added the unsubscribe button and it has made no difference.

I just paid for a full year and I am very disappointed. I know this has come up other times, but I am hoping there is a better solution? I cannot continue like this at all. This is ruining my reputation.

@HairByShay - I’m so sorry, I can completely understand why that would feel incredibly stressful.

One thing I would strongly recommend is reviewing HoneyBook’s deliverability and domain authentication guides, because issues like this are often related to SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, sender reputation, or email authentication, especially with higher inquiry volume.

HoneyBook actually has a few really helpful articles around this:

Prevent HoneyBook emails from going to spam
Set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records to improve deliverability
Master email communication in HoneyBook

I would also definitely reach out to Support through the ? icon in your account so they can check whether there’s anything account-specific impacting your deliverability.

Hopefully this ends up being something configuration-related that can be improved quickly rather than a long-term issue. 💛
