Embed Code in Email Template

I’m having a hard time understanding this one.

When composing a message directly to a client within the platform, I have the option to embed code into that message. This allows me to drop just about anything into the message. A great tool. I wish that I could use this!

I can’t. 99% of the emails that I send are pre-existing template emails. And…. when I write an email template… THE CODE BUTTON IS GONE!

The functionality already exists. Why is HB making this so damned hard!
