I’d love to see automations that can check if a date is already booked across all projects—not just the current inquiry.
When a new inquiry comes in for a specific date, I want HoneyBook to automatically:
- Check if any project for that date is already booked (retainer paid or contract signed)
- Send an “Unavailable” email if booked, or an “Availability and Pricing” email if not
This would help me avoid double-booking and respond to clients faster. Right now, automations only check the status within the inquiry project, which isn’t enough for my workflow.
