Finding note left by prospect on initial inquiry

Right now, the message a prospect leaves when they book an initial consultation (lead form inquiry) does not show in the client’s Communication tab or in the project activity feed. That makes it hard to reference later when you’re working in the Projects section. Please add an option to store that initial inquiry message in the project activity feed (and/or the client’s Communication history) so it’s easy to find alongside the rest of the project conversation! It’s only logical.

@Mary Houle - That’s a great observation. Right now the message a client leaves in the lead form submission stays attached to the lead form response, which is why it doesn’t automatically appear in the project’s Communication tab or activity feed once the project is created. Many people run into this when they want to reference that original inquiry later in the project. Since this was posted as a question, you may want to submit it as a feature request as well so others who would find this helpful can upvote it. That tends to be the best way for the product team to track interest and prioritize improvements like this.
