Gmail Integration not Showing Options in Gmail for things such as Project type. HELP

My gmail integration is no longer showing project type options in the drop down with I try to create a new project in through email.    My project types show up in settings.  I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting, still doesn’t work.      Please help!

Following up in case others have this issue too. Here are a few things to try beyond reconnecting:

1. Make sure the HoneyBook Gmail extension is up to date — check Chrome Extensions and hit Update if available

2. Hard-refresh Gmail (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) after reconnecting the integration

3. Check that you're logged into the same Google account in Chrome that's connected in HoneyBook Settings → Integrations

If none of those work, reach out to concierge@honeybook.com with a screenshot!
