I have two Zaps created and running=on. During the creation process, Zapier was pulling test data from HB. But now that I’m trying to get the Zaps to fire by taking action in HB (new booked meeting + new inquiry), nothing happens in Zapier. I checked the Zapier history log and error log - nothing.
Any ideas? How do I open a ticket with support?
+7I wasn't aware there was a trigger of booking a meeting. Did you double check that your accounts are connected properly?
I have the same issue with new inquiries. Did you find out what the issues was? I have the same problem. Zapier will pull the correct data on the test from HB but nothing when the trigger should fire. Any help would be great! Thanks
