Question

How can I separate inquiries and booked projects in my pipeline?

I need to be able to keep inquiries off my project list. When I have multiple inquiries on the same date it gets very confusing if there is something booked. If they are flexible and could do a different date, I cannot archive them because then their info gets archived also. You have to look so closely to see the tiny stage that each event is in. I want the project list to show only things that are booked so I can quickly let people now if a date is available. Please make this change happen. Thank you!

Hey @Ashley4741! This is totally possible right now!

You can create a custom pipeline view that shows only your booked projects, so you can quickly check date availability without wading through inquiries!

Here's how to set it up:

  1. Go to your Projects tab

  2. Click the + sign next to "Main view" to create a new view

  3. Click "Customize pipeline"

  4. Toggle off the Inquiry stage (and any other pre-booking stages you don't want to see)

  5. Name the view something like "Booked" or "Confirmed Events"

  6. Click Save

Now you'll have two views - your full Main view with all inquiries intact, and a clean Booked view showing only confirmed projects. Switch between them anytime with one click.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  - Only account owners and super admins can create or edit views

  - You can create up to 5 custom views per account

You can see the whole Help Center article with more details and customization options here.
