How to add a team member to a project without them having access to it

I’m a bridal hair and makeup service company - I want to add a team member to a project so I can clearly see who’s assigned to it, but not allow them to have access to it. It’s essentially just adding their name as another header when looking at the project overview, so I don’t have to click on each project and look at the notes to see which artist is assigned to the booking. Is there any way to do this???

I realize that this is two years old but just in case this question pops up for anyone else like it did for us… We have multiple people as well as services and I use tags to see who and what equipment is on what project at a glance.

@KCasto, That’s a great work around! If you need to communicate with any team members or vendors, you can also add them into a Related Workspace at the very bottom of the project. That way communication between you, your client, and your team stay separate but tracked within the same project.
