I love Honeybook, But...

I love Honeybook, but there are two things that that I’d love to see changed in the system.

Recently, I've had couples who want to pay their invoices early. Because I have a payment schedule they're unable to do that. I didn't even know this until tonight when I was in a meeting with one of my couples and they mentioned that they tried to pay me early and couldn't do it. I had to tell them to pay me through a different online payment system instead. Is there a reason why clients are unable to pay the balance on invoices early?

Also scheduling meetings can be a hassle. I have a few weddings where the couple with family members are all included on the project. In this case, the Bride, her mom, and her grandparent, attend all the meetings. However, when I book a meeting in their project, only the Bride gets the notification, link, and reminders about the meeting. As a workaround, I integrated honey book with my Google calendar, so that an appointment will create there as well. Then I go to that appointment and add anyone else who is going to join the meeting. It would be amazing if anyone who is on the project received the meeting updates and information.

Hi @jrenee  - I feel you on the desire to let clients pay early. Looking forward to that one.

As for the scheduler, when was the last time you checked your account? I noticed an update today that may solve your issue. See below:

Hi @jrenee  - thanks for bringing up these topics!

I have good news for you regarding scheduling issues. There is a feature rolling out which will make it hassle-free when inviting multiple people to a session or meeting! If you do not have access to it yet, you should have access to this soon 😊

As for the ability to pay invoices earlier, I’d love to hear more about this. Can you please email concierge@honeybook.com?
