What is the best/easiest way to have someone buy a service in Kajabi (coaching), while using Honeybook as a CRM? Do you create a smartfile with a LINK to an offer in Kajabi? That’s what I’m doing. They then finish the smartfile (after they purchase through the Kajabi link) by clicking submit.What are you doing to streamline this process?TY!

Hi!  I’m trying to leverage Zapier to use native Squarespace forms → Zapier → Project Creation in honeybook.  The testing in Zapier works, but when I go through an actual real test I get an email from Zapier stating Unexpected Server Error. Any thoughts? We have not launched the site yet, but API keys are all connected with each other so there should not be a communication issue.

How do I change the template for the client portal link that isn’t inside a project?  I’ve looked everywhere and I can find how to change it.  I’m assuming this is a template somewhere?  Thanks!

Hi There!I am needing to speak with someone in upper management on the Honeybook Team. In February, Honeybook asked for my company to upload specific documentation to verify our account. We replied on the same day with that information. On April 10, we reached out to the Honeybook Concierge email address as we haven’t received a deposit since March 22, 2024.Honeybook reached out same day and said that we failed to upload the requested documents, We provided proof that we uploaded the requested documents on the same day Honeybook requested it.Since April 10, we’ve been trying to get an update from the Honeybook team and it’s been super difficult. They’re been responsive ( i say that loosely) but the only feedback that we are getting is that Stripe is holding our money because they need more information to verify our account. We’ve provided multiple documents, our webiste, our instagram to get this expedited, but nothing has been done. Hi!I am new around here, and I have SO MANY questions (and so far, I am only using the platform for invoicing and timetracking...). It seems to be super hard to get any kind of customer service - at least I haven’t found out how to get a hold of them - so I was wondering… How can I get a private tour of the platform? I want to understand better the invoice templates, how to have y clients pay me via bank transfer instead of credit card (I added my bank info and business ownership info, and the option still doesn’t show), how can I REMOVE the payment option from the invoice, how can I merge all my timetracking entries into one entry… I would also like to have a crash course on how to use the other features. I don’t want to spend hours in watching tutorials… I just want someone to guide me briefly… Can anyone do that, and how much would it cost? Thanks so much for your help! M-E 

I can not find any link or access to contact honeybook about a problem I am having, anyone know how where this info is? 

I’m just getting started at the point that I want to be able to have teams in my HoneyBook.   I’m looking up the rules and I’m shocked to read that all team members have access to the accounts company info.  That’s crazy because that information includes banking information, branding information and if there’s one place that this should be locked down it is this kind of information.  Please tell me I have this incorrect.  If I do, I would really like to have a role where someone has no access to this information   As an enhancement

Why was the notes section removed from the portal on the business side? I used that all the time when on meetings and calls and how to access the notes now is very backwards and difficult to access. Makes no sense. 

I’m very confused and could use your advice!  I am hoping that once my client makes a purchase from my WIX site, that there is an automatic email to them with their client portal link.  As of now, the only way I can figure out how to do this is through Zapier but it only creates the project.  Then my team has to manually send a link to them for the client portal.  Is there an easier way?Thank you!

Hi all--I have a calendar issue that I’m trying to troubleshoot. My business partner and I are set up as team members in Honeybook. We’ve also integrated our Google calendar with the system (as well as shared with eachother on the Google side so everything shows up in Honeybook). However, it appears to be incorrectly displaying my availability based on the sum of both of our calendars, even for project types that are just for me. Since we both live in Google calendar, I thought this would give us the best option for seeing everything (on the Google side, we are simply sharing status and not details), but Honeybook is now reading this as my total availability unless I unlink his calendar entirely. If anyone has any suggestions, I’d love to hear them. Hi! Does anyone have a way that only a certain type of project shows up on the calendar? We have multiple types of projects but I only want the video consults we do to show up, not the in person appointments. 

Hey Community,I am doing an event with one of my vendor's and they are also allowing us to use their venue for our event as well.  We have both decided to not charge for services, so how would I put this into their invoice?  Would I just change the price to $0 or should I do  something else?Thanks

I Need to refund my client but they had to cancel the card they paid with. Can I update their card and refund to the new one? How do I refund them without it going to the old card?

My contact form has a drop down list of project types. I customized this list but the list now repeats (there are duplicates). How do I fix this? I tried in Company Settings/Preferences but it looks correct there. It also looks correct in the contact setup form but it repeats in live site. Thank you!

In recent activity, the default order of projects is from oldest newest. Can we customize what the default order is so that when we change the sort manually, the settings will hold?  Thank you! 

Honeybook has been fantastic in so many ways, but the one huge thing it’s missing is the part where WE have control over client payments! Often times I have clients set their cards for automatic payments, but they do not do it, and then they end up not paying and eventually falling off their plan. When will we get control of this? Is there a future for this? Please say there is!

When I schedule a project for a specific time in the project details, it varies by one hour on the calendar. Why is this not the same time? On my calendar the time is an hour later than I scheduled it for.. 

Hi!I'm wondering if there's a way to embed or upload a video or a GIF into a questionnaire. I teach video editing and I'd like to add a thank you GIF to the feedback form. I tried embedding a YouTube video, but it added suggested videos, which I don't want. Thank you! :)

I am trying to get used to the new notes section but finding the inability to scroll through them to review all the notes is nearly impossible.Previously, when everything was on one page divided by date, I could easily scroll to the previous meeting notes or from notes in the past. However, with the new set-up, when I open a note from a previous meeting, I cannot scroll down when there is a lot of content. Instead I have to place my cursor on the last word and use arrow buttons to go up and down.I have tried different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and it is the same issue. I need the ability to scroll through notes otherwise, this extremely important function (the Notes) becomes unusable for me and I need it for my work.Is this something I am facing or is it a collective issue? How can this be fixed ASAP?

Hello,Has anyone here created an affiliate program within HoneyBook? I want to create such a program and since all of my business hub and services are managed in HoneyBook, I would like to use it to promote to and onboard new affiliates, as well as manage the clients those affiliates bring in. I am ok with having to integrate features of a separate affiliate management software, if necessary, but I would like everything to be based in HoneyBook since that is my CRM.Would anyone wish to share their experience with creating such a program and/or recommend how I could set that up?Thank you so much!
