All of our projects have more than one client, so the current setting that only allows automated tip reminders to populate for projects with a single client doesn’t work well for us.
Is there a workaround for this? If not, is this something we could ask the development team to consider changing?
Since multi-client projects are standard for us, it would be really helpful if automated tip reminders could populate regardless of the number of clients attached to a project.

@Pam Morrow - From what I've seen, there isn't currently a workaround that allows the automated tip reminder to populate the same way when multiple clients are attached to a project. The feature seems to be designed around single-client projects, which can definitely create challenges for businesses where multi-client projects are the norm.
This would be a great feature request to submit if you haven't already. I can absolutely see the value in allowing automated tip reminders to work regardless of the number of contacts attached to a project, especially since many businesses regularly work with couples, families, teams, or multiple decision-makers. If you do submit a feature request, I'd be sure to include exactly what you shared here about multi-client projects being your standard workflow. Real-world use cases like that help the development team better understand the need and impact.

@Pam Morrow - You submit it the same way you did this question but select Idea instead. You can also search in the already created ideas to make sure that there isn’t one submitted already that is similar that you can upvote. :) I looked quick but didn’t do a deep dive.
