What’s going on with Honeybook as of late. The software isn’t even able to do the exact functions it’s designed to do. Line Items aren’t calculating correctly and I have been dealing with this issue for a month now with multiple reaches to agents and 2 tickets submitted. Really losing my faith in Honeybook at this point.

This is an open ticket with our engineers tied to the use of legacy files. They are currently working on a fix!
I do understand that, however I have been dealing with this issue for over a month, which is completely unacceptable. I also have multiple tickets submitted.
