Last name not importing

My lead form requests full name. Client provides full name. Project is created using ‘first and last name’s project’ but the actual contact card only lists the first name. And then I have to manually open the contact info and add the last name even though it was already provided. Why?

@Rebecca Daletto -  That does sound like a field-mapping issue with the Lead Form. If the form is asking for Full Name as one field, HoneyBook may be using that full entry to name the project, but only mapping part of it into the contact card’s first-name field.

One thing I would check is whether the Lead Form can be set up with separate First Name and Last Name fields instead of one Full Name field. That may help HoneyBook map the contact details more cleanly.

If it’s already set up that way and the last name still isn’t carrying over, I’d reach out to Support through the ? icon so they can check whether something is glitching with the field mapping. 💛
