Let me register and charge multiple people under one event, with a capacity cap

I run a small (and growing) instruction and events business and host group classes, usually 8 to 24 people per session, plus a monthly event that runs closer to 40 people. Right now HoneyBook is built around one lead and one project per client, so every single person who signs up for an event becomes its own separate lead and project. For a 40 person event, that is 40 different pipelines to track by hand, and nothing ties them together as one roster.

Three things would fix this for me and I think for anyone else running classes, workshops, or events through HoneyBook:

  1. A lead form that can collect multiple people in one submission, so a client can register herself and a friend (or multiple friends) at the same time instead of filling out the form for each person.
  2. A payment form on that same lead form that can charge for more than one person in a single transaction.
  3. A way to group all those sign ups under one event, see them as a single list or roster, and have registration automatically close once the event hits its capacity.

This would make HoneyBook usable for anyone running group classes or ticketed events, not just one on one client work. Would love to see this on the roadmap.

Hey @Jenny Lund I love these ideas! Have you submitted any of this as a feature request?

Hi @Tonisha J Stalnaker Thanks for your reply! I haven’t see a feat. request option anywhere but I did email my account rep.
