For some reason, my images & graphics in my library are just a blue question mark.
These graphics have been in the library for years and are attached to so many documents - anyone know what’s up with them?!
I’ve reached out to HB but does anyone have the same issue?

Your images in your library definitely shouldn’t be showing up as question marks! Has support gotten back to you? If not, I can work on escalating it for you.

I’ve done all the things! Support has opened a ticket for the engineers to look into.
