Mobile app extemely frustrating

I am finding the mobile app extremely frustrating and making it hard to enjoy and truly use honeybooks. I am on the go all the time and mainly run my business from my mobile. The fact that I cannot complete a client file from mobile doesn’t make sense. 
 

Also have a template set like a proposal and I can’t edit it unless on a desktop is extremely frustrating. I either don’t want to pull out my laptop or am not around to do that. 
 

honey book please if you are going to keep users please update your mobile app as it’s making me want to cancel my subscription.

I am in full agreement with this, it is so disappointing how limiting the app is, and I have even tried to use my safari browser to try and get around the mobile app and it blocks everything there as well. I am over it.

@H2M Staging - I can definitely understand your perspective, especially if you're running the majority of your business from your phone. There are still some desktop-only features that can make mobile-first workflows feel limiting.

Since you've shared a few different mobile app pain points here, it may actually help to submit them as separate feature requests if you haven't already. For example, one for completing client files on mobile and another for editing Smart File templates on mobile. Keeping them separate makes it easier for other members to upvote the specific functionality they need most and helps the product team better gauge demand for each enhancement. (I’ve included a link to the mobile app feature requests already submitted below if you want to check them out.)

Hopefully we'll continue to see the mobile app evolve, as I know more and more business owners are managing a significant portion of their work while they're on the go.
