More data on Leads

Question

Is it possible to filter reports based on a specific time frame or lead source? I’d like to see how many leads were booked within a certain period, from a specific source, or after a certain amount of time from when the lead was received. It would also be helpful to understand why some leads didn’t book.

So essentially, I’m looking for more detailed data about the leads.

​@Bozena Voytko-HoneyBook’s reporting does have some filters, but it’s fairly limited when it comes to the kind of detailed lead analysis you’re describing. You can filter reports by date range and see some pipeline conversion information, but there isn’t currently a way to fully filter reports by lead source, time-to-book, or reasons a lead didn’t convert in one report.Most people who want deeper insights end up exporting the data and analyzing it in a spreadsheet where they can sort by lead source, timing, and outcomes more easily.If this type of lead analytics is important for your business, it would definitely be worth submitting (or upvotingthere are a lot already created) a Feature Request. More robust reporting around lead sources and conversion timelines would be really valuable for a lot of users. 💛
