Was really excited to see that I could send batch emails straight from Honeybook once my list got large enough to warrant it, because setting up integrations for numerous apps that’ll cost me more money isn’t ideal.

I’m not really understanding this decision from Honeybook since surely it can’t be costing that many resources to leave it up, even if not as many people are currently using it as they thought. This is one of the features that convinced me to renew my Honeybook subscription. It positioned it as a comprehensive business hub.

Is anyone else disappointed this feature is being nixed in Sept.?

@Bianca Sanders - I can understand why you're disappointed, especially if Batch Email has become part of your workflow and was one of the reasons you chose to continue with HoneyBook. One of the biggest benefits of an all-in-one platform is reducing the need to rely on multiple tools and integrations. Feedback like this is really valuable because it helps the product team understand not only that a feature is being used, but how it's being used and why it matters to your business. If Batch Email has been an important part of your client communication or marketing strategy, I'd encourage you to continue sharing those specific use cases. Real-world examples provide helpful context as the team evaluates future product decisions and enhancements. 💛

I 100% agree with this comment above. I migrated from other platforms to this one because it was a one stop shop. Removing this feature puts me back out on multiple platforms which can hard to manage. This is not making it better in my opinion.

Coming here after doing a Google search because I thought I was going crazy trying to find the batch email feature. This is really disappointing to me as well! And I don’t think there’s a clear answer as to why it had to be removed? I admittedly use another platform for most of my email marketing, but sending out bulk emails through HB was hugely helpful in some cases, specifically for identifying past clients to ask for reviews. Or, following up on inquiries. Being able to sort through/email clients based on their position in the client workflow would be an immense help. Which is something you really cannot do with any other generic email platform.
