Scheduling Issues

I’m a project manager for my client but I can’t schedule meetings with her clients on her behalf even though I’m a super admin in HB. I want her to be able to tell me that she wants a meeting booked with X client and I can go in and schedule the meeting for her. Right now it just schedules a meeting between her client and me and sends me the invite - not her. I’m hoping this is something that can be updated.

@AlexisPettay  - Right now the scheduler is tied to the calendar of the person creating the meeting, which is why when you schedule it, HoneyBook treats it as a meeting between you and the client rather than between your client and their client.

At the moment there isn’t a way to schedule a meeting on behalf of another team member’s scheduler from your own account, even if you’re a super admin.

A couple of workarounds people use are:

• Have your client share their scheduler link, and you can send that directly to the client for them to choose a time with her
• Or have your client connect their Google/Apple calendar and give you access there, so you can add meetings directly to her calendar outside of HoneyBook

If this is something you’d like to see built into HoneyBook (being able to schedule meetings on behalf of another team member), it would definitely be worth submitting or upvoting a feature request so the product team can track interest from the community.
