Start to End Venue Booking

Hello, I am new to Honeybook and still not certain if HB is the correct platform for me to utilize for this project.  I have an event space rent that I am looking to rent out 100 percent contactless.  My goal is for clients to visit a site to see available date, followed by choosing some add ons if they wish such as table linen or house speakers, review and sign a contract and pay an initial refundable deposit of $100 and 30 days prior to their event  would like for the customer to have to pay the remainder of the balance.  Is this something that Honeybook can do?

    Hi, I own a venue and operate it very similarly except HoneyBook does not currently have a calendar option where clients can see your availability and book accordingly. Although, if I am remembering correctly, that is something in the works and coming soon. A work around may be looking at a calendar integration that has that feature.

     

    I have a step in my workflow to review the inquiry because there are many other factors I consider when vetting an inquiry…. such as capacity and event type. I also have the biggest fear of somehow double booking, so I personally ensure event date availability.
