I’m incredibly disappointed to see HoneyBook remove the Time Tracker feature without offering a proper replacement.
As a professional organizer, tracking time is an essential part of how I run my business. I use HoneyBook not only for contracts and invoices, but to keep my client projects, team hours, and billing organized in one place. The Time Tracker was a huge part of that.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’m far from alone. Many professional organizers in my organizing community use HoneyBook in the same way, and there is a lot of frustration and disappointment about this change.
Removing a feature that businesses actively rely on without replacing it with something comparable feels like a major step backwards. We shouldn’t have to introduce another app, another subscription, and another system just to replace a basic function that was already built into the platform we’re paying for.
I really hope HoneyBook listens to the feedback from its users and either reinstates the Time Tracker or introduces a replacement that allows us to easily track hours by client and project.
For service-based businesses that bill hourly, this isn’t an “extra” feature. It’s an essential one.
