Urgent: HoneyBook withholding thousands of $

I received a payment via credit card yesterday and the payment is not being transferred into my account. I received an email telling me that the business description in my bank details is unverified. However, I have verified it and saved it several times. The description is as accurate as I can make it. 



This is extremely frustrating and I have received no help from HoneyBook Support. Even when requesting to speak to a human the responses are copy paste and then they ignore you. The customer service is shockingly poor. 

Has anyone had this issue or something similar happen? If so, how did you fix it?
