As a Canadian user of Honeybook, the newest feature is costing me ….
I understand that the SEND SMS would be awesome if I could use it.
I can’t
now instead of sending an email message to clients it costs me an extra click, time, effort, annoyance
The marketing of NOT being able to turn it off for those who could use it. FINE. brilliant, a reminder every time you send a message.
THE IRRITATION knowing that each message sent shows me a feature NOT available to me and reminding me with every message that is so …… bad marketing, bad community, bad relationship.
This software shouldn’t cost me time or money or clicks.
consider a fix for your Canadian clients.
