Using honeybook as a client

Hello! I used to be a Honeybook user for my business and I am now getting married and some of my vendors use honeybook. When I try to login on the client side to download my contract - it logs me into my business account where I can not access them. Is there a way to login as a client with the same email used for my business account?

Thanks for your help!

I do testing as a fictitious client and I have to use a separate email. Perhaps your email for your wedding needs to be changed.

@Julia Sydni DeNigris - Hi! 😊 From my understanding, you should be able to access both your HoneyBook business account and any projects where you're the client using the same login. Those client projects should appear within your account rather than requiring a separate client portal login.

If you're being redirected to your business account but aren't seeing the project from your vendor, I'd first confirm that they sent the files to the same email address that's associated with your HoneyBook account. If they did and you're still unable to access the project, I'd recommend reaching out to HoneyBook Support through the ? icon in your account so they can take a closer look at what's happening.

Out of curiosity, when you log in, do you see the project from your vendor at all, or is it not appearing in your account? OR is it that you just want to have it separate? In that case you may have to use a different email address like suggested above.

@Julia Sydni DeNigris  Hello! You should be able to login as a client as there will be two separate accounts. That’s very strange you’re encountering issues. Can you please reach out to concierge@honeybook.com?

Two ideas here:

  1. Use google chrome as your browser… then just create a separate google chrome profile in the top right corner - make one for your wedding email that you likely created…. then when you open that profile anything you do in that window is the weddingname@gmail.com profile that you setup…
  2. Use incognito mode (less desireable as you have to login each time as it won’t remember your UN and PW for anything…

Hope this helps ◡̈
