I no longer have the blank box at the top of a project to start a new message. It now shows my logo and “You” and then I have to select “send email” or “send SMS” - more steps added in.
And on top of that - even though Help Desk has assured me the project contact should be automatically added in, all I get is a + sign to now click, then click the contact in the project, then start my email.
They’ve also changed the “add signature” button. Used to be one click, now it is click the signature, then I have to click “with signature” or “without signature”
I use Honeybook to save time, not to keep adding all these little extra clicks to what used to be so simple.
