Question

WHEN are Customized Reports coming???

Every few months we get a “what’s new” in Honeybook.

Ever since I’ve been using it, myself and others have been asking for reports to be customized so we can get a TRUE booking rate. Currently, it compares sending a contract and getting a signed contract. That is NOT how most of us work. I want to compare sent proposals/services with signed/paid contracts. I should not have to have an external program (Zapier in this instance) to do that for me.

You keep changing things that we don’t request (Task list for instance) and never seem to update some of the real changes we ask for.

Surely this is not such a huge programming switch to set up. Why does it keep being ignored??

I hear what you’re saying here. Having clearer reporting around true booking/conversion rates would be incredibly valuable, especially for businesses that send proposals before contracts are signed.

The best way to help move this forward is to upvote and add your feedback to existing feature requests. The product team actively looks at the number of upvotes and comments to gauge how important something is to the community and prioritize development.

If you haven’t already, I’d recommend adding your voice to this feature request here. There are others available as well but this one has been upvoted a number of times.

The more momentum these requests get, the easier it is for the team to see how important they are to users and consider them for future updates. 💛

I’ve done this several times. And always upvote when I see it! And I went to your link - several of my asks on this same topic were “merged with other posts on the topic” - going back 2 years. And following the link to the merged topic - they are closed for replies. So other than starting a new post on it - how else can we get it noticed by the update teams?? For what we pay for this program it would sure be nice to be listened to about reports.
