Where did all our items go?

Jessica Rogers

My assistant went to invoice our home organizing clients at the end of last week and discovered that all of our saved items are gone! We had created a catalog of home organizing products that our team uses repeatedly in jobs and found that all of a sudden they were not popping up when we entered the unique code we’d created to make invoicing easier.

Hoping this is a temporary glitch and that all of our hard work is not gone?

Are you referring to your packages? If so, these have now moved to what is called “services” which you can find on the main bar on the left of your screen. It should have transferred over all of your previously created packages into this services tab and there should also be a button (I forget what it says as mine is now gone), but the button should allow you to add any recently used package from a smart file.

Thank you SO much- we found the button under Services to “Add” our recent services (in our case, organizing products) and they are BACK!

This broke all of my services and their descirptions. I am pretty upset right now...

@Collin Bischoff I am so sorry to hear the switch has not been great for you. Everything should have transferred over exactly as you had it in the packages section. Some of the formatting might be off, but all the content should be there. Can you explain a bit more about what you’re seeing? I’d love to be able to help!
