Why Doesn't Replying by Email Show Up in HoneyBook Project Activities?

When you click a specific project where you’ve started the conversation in HoneyBook, then the client responded and you responded via Gmail, you are still not seeing the Gmail communication show in the HoneyBook project, correct? I want to make sure I fully understand the issue.
