Hi
Carmel from the product team. Once you subscribe to HoneyBook you can use our file setup service to convert all your active invoices to HoneyBook invoices. You just upoad a CSV with those invoice details and we create projects with those invoices for you to continue tracking in HoneyBook. You can read more about this here.

Happy to have you join HoneyBook. We're here to make your transition as smooth as possible.

Thank you so much Carmel, I will try to do follow your instructions. I thought I read somewhere that the file setup service is an one time thing though?

Hey there! File setup service is a one time offering, but if you didn't know about the Open invoice option, or if you're past the technical due date, they will still do it for you ❤️

Here's a video I made to walk you through it: https://youtu.be/hgoszSqpJtA?si=BCvEKW13WEu7k2el

It should be available for 14 days after you start uploading files. If you are not sure about your status you can reach out to our support team and see if they can assist.

I’m definitely pass the 14 day deadline. The issue is that on Dubsado, I can only download the invoices in PDF format not excel or csv and when I’ve attempted to convert is doesn’t work, so I’m a bit frustrated right now. I feel like I need to start up an invoice all over again.

How many open invoices do you have? Can you manually enter them into the csv file?

I have just 2 but 1 of them is very extensive, so I was trying to avoid manually inputting them, but I guess I have no choice.
