Invoicing: Taxes and Payment Page

I’ve made multiple requests for this and can’t believe I’m the only one experiencing these issues:  I have been using HB for about two years now, but have kept my invoicing with PayPal for two reasons, both of which IMO need urgent attention:

The first is that that the invoicing NEEDS to be all on one page. Currently clients have to advance to page 2 for the payment details and my clients NEVER go past the 1st page. I can see that they are only viewing page 1 of the invoice. So every time I send an invoice i have to explain that there are two pages, but even then, they often miss that, so I have to go reach out to explain this AGAIN a few days later when I still haven’t received payment and can see that they never saw the second page. This is SOOOO unprofessional (and frankly, awkward).

Secondly, in WA state, photographers are requireed to tax according to the address where the photos are delivered. So I have literally dozens of different tax codes. In PayPal I can save each one by location code and easily apply that to the invoice. In HB, I have to look it up and manually type it EVERY TIME. Again, so unnecessary.

For a platform designed to offer a seamless, professional experience for business owners and their clients, how hard could it be to fix either of these requests? I WANT to keep everything integrated in HB, including my invoicing, but continuing to use PayPal is frankly easier, than all the extra steps I have in HB.
