Four weeks of feature updates to support every part of your business.

 

Your input makes the product better which is why we're excited to launch four weeks of product improvements based on some of the most highly requested features from our member community. You asked, we built. We're announcing a new batch of features to support every stage in your clientflow each Tuesday from January 16 until February 6.

 

Some most anticipated feature updates include:

  • New home overview: Find your important business info, all in one place.
  • Automations updates: View, disable, approve, and apply automation templates in the mobile app.
  • Add late fees to invoice: Add a late fee % to invoices that are 30 days past due.  
  • Customizable pipeline: Rename, reorder, and remove previously uneditable pipeline stages.
  • SMS notifications: Send clients SMS reminders for 2FA access codes, meetings, and payments.
  • Set project date as meeting date: Use the first scheduled meeting date as the project date.

Yessssss so excited hopefully will be able to add inspiration photos to the client contact forms. Add late fees based on our individual business needs versus 30 days and not just a percentage also a dollar amount. 

Being able to pay additional for smart forms to be built tailored to our business maybe like pay per form built. This option is only available the first 30 days alot of owners don't have time to update the pre-built template or can't afford to pay the pros.

@Krys our wonderful HB Pros who are certified system experts with us have a 1 time per month town hall/round table with the team so they were able to receive an early preview of what we are launching starting next week! :)

Loving the new features.  Wondering if support for milestone payments on mobile is coming soon.  If the signed proposal has a milestone payment, then we can’t see that proposal/contract on our mobile phones.

New feature request! Not to sound too greedy but adding expenses from appp would be a good idea for those of us who use the reports

Just emailed about this but the main feature that needs to be improved is automating mapping of fields. I need the ability to send customers an access code, and then be able to access the code via web-hook.
