Awesome, ​@Monica R! I have question about the new flodesk integration! At the moment, I have a Zap set up that automates a person being added (or not added) to my email list in flodesk based on what box they check in my contact form. Is this something we are able to automate directly through honeybook now without having to use a third party program like Zapier?

Yes ​@Miranda Kelton! Now you can set up an HB automation and have your leads pushed straight to Flodesk! No need for a zap!

@Monica R Thanks so much for your quick response! A followup question - do people have the option to opt-out when submitting a contact form? This is how I have it set up currently via Zapier, as some people do not want to be added to my email list. People are only added to my newsletter if they check the “yes” option when they inquire!

I created an upsell sequence and would like to take details from HoneyBook and send my booked clients emails to upsell them. 

 

Instead of using Zappier and Google Sheets, how can I get this to work with Automations 2.0?

Here’s how the workflow will look:

  • HoneyBook will send the Project Booked details and the selected service/package to a Google Sheet.
  • That Google Sheet will map the data by package and trigger the correct segment in Flodesk.
  • The segment will then launch the appropriate automated workflow.
