Create a New Role for Team Members

Can we please create a new Basic role or another name where the following can happen. 

 

can

View all conversations in Their assigned project

Send project files or templates in Their assigned project. 

Create and edit automations in Their assigned project

Create and send project files in their assigned project


If this can’t be done this way, the minimum I would ask for is this for Team Members with Basic Role:

View all conversations in Their assigned project

I’ve been wanting an even more basic team member role.

I have a number of independent contractors. I would love to give them access to the invoice where I detail the timeline and all other notes about how the day will flow. I want to give them access to view that without giving them any other access to the project. Currently I copy and paste all the info into a Google doc and have them sign it so they acknowledge they’ve read it and they are committing to being assigned to that wedding.
