Creating a Quote without including a contract

I have used  AI to try to create a Quote template. I got as far as adding the services that needed to be in the quote but never could get it to not subtotal each catagory or just give a “total” at the bottom. It also wanted to have a contract along with the quote which I don’t want. I worked at it asking AI questions for 3 hours and finally gave up.

My business consists of getting medical insurance payor contracts for physicians and non physician providers. Specifically getting the providers in network with major payors such as Medicare/Medicaid/Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna etc. Depending on which insurances the provider wishes to contract with and how many providiers I am adding to the contracts, I use a spreadsheet to list the insurances, number of providers and an amount for each one, totaled at the bottom and printed as a PDF to email the provider for approval. Once approved, I send a payable invoice for payment in full before I begin the project, therefore, I do not have a need for them to sign a contract.

I need some guidance in creating a Quote template that I can re-use for every new client.

Hey @Paula Easterly

While we don’t have a perfect 1:1 quote feature, if you create a Services block, in a smart file, you can send that to your clients without the attached invoice or contract. The service block page can be set to  show the total cost.
