Daniel Olano

Hello everyone,

so I am new to Honeybook and I was looking to implement this platform on my business. I hired a professional that started de pipeline, workflow, automatizations and some other stuff. All in all there was some work done, the problem is that when it came down to follow up and training with my staff, this “professional” disappeared. Now I have a halfway done project, I have no idea how this platform works, and most of all I do not have the time to learn everything from scratch. Can anyone help me out?

@Daniel Olano I’m so sorry this happened to you. If it would help we could schedule a call for me to train you on the platform, along with how to finish what was left undone. That’s the most cost-effective way vs paying for another implementation.

Please let me know how I can help.

Hello @Daniel Olano ! Sorry to hear this happened, I know this is frustrating. I’ll be happy to review your current setup, finish what still needs to be done, and training you on how to use HoneyBook specifically for your business.

please feel free to send me an email hello@yoursystemspro.com and we can chat more.

@Daniel Olano - Oh no, I'm so sorry this was your introduction to HoneyBook! Having someone build half of your system and then disappear before the training and handoff would be incredibly frustrating, especially when the whole reason you hired someone was so you wouldn't have to figure everything out from scratch yourself.

The good news is that you definitely don't need to start over or tackle this alone. I see that a couple other HoneyBook Pros have already jumped in here as well, and I think I can safely say we're all happy to help you dig into what happened, figure out what's already been built, and determine what still needs to be completed.

I would recommend starting with someone who can audit your existing account rather than assuming everything needs to be rebuilt. There may be quite a bit of good work already there that simply needs to be finished, refined, or connected properly. From there, they can help complete the setup and, just as importantly, make sure you and your team are actually trained on how to use it.

You can also check out the HoneyBook Pros directory, where you'll find professionals who have been vetted by HoneyBook and specialize in different areas of setup and strategy.

I'm a HoneyBook Pro as well, and I'm happy to help however I can. You've already got other Pros here willing to jump in, so hopefully we can help turn this around and get you to the point where HoneyBook actually makes running your business easier, which was the goal in the first place! 😊
