I’m trying to streamline my booking process for recording sessions using HoneyBook. Currently, I offer sessions in different time lengths (1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours, and 4 hours). I see that HoneyBook’s scheduler allows me to create booking links for specific durations, but that would mean I have to create a separate scheduler (and lead form) for each option.

Is there an efficient way to set this up so that when a client selects their desired session length (for example, 1 hour or 2 hours) through a Smart File or Lead Form, the scheduler automatically updates to reflect the corresponding duration—without me having to create multiple schedulers?

Basically, I’d like to have one streamlined booking flow that adjusts the available times based on the client’s selection. Is this currently possible in HoneyBook, or is there a recommended workaround?

Hello, Carl! If I understand your question correctly.

One way you can do this is create multiple schedulers, as you mentioned HoneyBook onl allows one set duration per calendar. However, you do not need to create multiple lead forms. Instead you can you use a services block in one Lead form.

Add your recording sessions as services with the description of the duration and price. When creating the service block in the Lead Form just make sure to use “add services with session”.

So, when the client selects their service of choice, your recording session, the invoice will bill the client for that session and link the appropriate HoneyBook scheduler to that service.

I hope that makes sense and answers your question!

Hi, thank you for the help!
I understand what you mean, but I’m not sure how to add services with the session. Is there a walkthrough or video tutorial that shows how to do that step? I’d love to watch it so I can make sure I’m setting it up correctly.

@Carl Sparks  Here you go, I just recorded a quick Loom video to show you HERE

Thank you.
