Lead Conversion Specialist
Location: Remote
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (5–10 hours/week)
Pay: $18–$22/hour (includes paid training)
Overview
We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Lead Conversion Specialist to help turn Facebook Ad inquiries into booked phone consultations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly responsive and organized.
You’ll be the first point of contact for engaged couples reaching out about wedding photography—guiding conversations, building trust, and helping them take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Monitor incoming Facebook Ad leads inside Go High Level (GHL)
- Ensure every inquiry receives timely and thoughtful responses
- Keep CRM organized with accurate notes and updates
Lead Nurturing & Communication
- Respond to leads via text, email, and Facebook Messenger
- Build genuine connections through friendly, conversational messaging
- Guide couples from inquiry to scheduled consultation
Scheduling & Pipeline Tracking
- Encourage and secure consultation bookings
- Confirm appointments and maintain calendar accuracy
- Track and report conversion metrics
Automation & Reporting
- Manage and optimize GHL workflows and automations
- Provide weekly summaries of lead activity and performance
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Go High Level (or similar CRM platforms)
- Strong written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
Success Metrics
- Respond to new leads within 10 minutes during scheduled hours
- Consistently generate weekly booked consultations
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM with detailed notes
- Effectively re-engage cold or inactive leads
