Sharing an investment brochure..

I’ve spent hours creating a custom investment brochure for my wedding filming business and now I’m finding out its quite cumbersome to share. Couples are not the only ones who want pricing information. I was told to create a lead form to be able to get a shareable link. Customization to those are limited. If you start from a blank you can’t delete the first page.

Creating and adding each person to their own project just to be able to send a viewable link seems silly to me. There should definitely be a way to be able to text anyone a link that has pricing info on it. I would think that would be a pretty important feature. Am I missing something here?

Hey @Joshua Mace Films! Great question. I’m Matthew a brand designer who’s also a certified HYBK Pro. Nice to meet ya. I’ve had this happen a few times with accounts payable or folks I just don’t want in the project.

(Image reference below)

  1. After you share the File with your client, click back into the File
  2. Click the Gear icon (configure)
  3. Scroll down to Security and File Access
  4. Toggle on a View-only feature then share that link with anyone outside the project

Now, if you want to share your pricing publicly, you’d want to use a Lead Form with Service Blocks. This way anyone with that link could view it and inquire.

Lead Forms are like public facing landing pages (similar to website) with action capabilities such as selecting services, scheduling calls, or making *pay in full* investments (sort of like an online checkout).

Files are more 1:1 documents like an official invoice and contract, but they can also be used for brochures, questionnaires, etc.

Let me know if this is helpful! If you want me to talk ya through this you can grab a free chat here: https://portal.goodbrandpartners.com/schedule/68ffb76529e9c20021cba8d4
