How to save a contract and invoice as a PDF

How can I save a copy of a paid invoice and completed contract as a PDF?

Hey Patrick! HoneyBook employee here. To save any template as a PDF, open the template in Preview, click on the three dots on the right, and select Save page as PDF.

    There are way too many steps involved to get contracts and invoices as PDFs.  We need a way to easily access PDFs without having to open each file.  

    See screenshots for thoughts.  

     

    Also, PDFs of invoices and contracts should be attached to each confirmation email of ‘contract complete and Invoice sent/deposit paid/fully paid’.
