This is important that way you could subcontract out other Genre of jobs, Mainly because its a senior Photographer in that area who would be willing to teach you more in that field than you could imagine working at your call for passionate encounter. Editing for the occasion is important. That's when you choose the style and make it POP!

I find it super annoying that when a new project is created the cover photo automatically populates to something random. I want to be able to keep the SAME cover photo for every single project I have, which is my logo. I do not want to have to go in and manually change it every single time. Please make this an option for us! Thank you!!

I am a venue owner and we get a lot of inquiries for dates. After I book a client, the booked event sometimes gets buried on the month view and I can’t tell if that day is open or not for other weddings unless I scroll through or uncheck tentative projects. Is there any way to pin the booked events to the top of the calendar for those dates so they always show?

Has anyone had this happen before? I’ve never been given this type of a message.Back story - client has filled in contact forms twice, but have I haven’t received either. I did vet this client and this is legit.I’m going to manually add her, but this comes up when trying to enter her email address. Has anyone had this? I’m wondering if it’s because she’s filled in contact forms before (even though I can’t find them!).

I just created my new services and pricing guide as a smart file, but I’d also like to share the file with prospective clients (and vendors) who may not have a client project set up in HoneyBook. How can I share - via link - without them having to input their email address and then finding out that they don’t have a client project? 

Does anyone know the best way to go about hiring a second shooter or assistant for a wedding? I used to use the Opportunities portal to hire my seconds and I am hoping with the new Community feature there is a good way to do that? 

We’ve got a custom stage in our pipeline… but using it for a while, so it’s not NEWWe added an automation to MOVE PEOPLE to that stage after some tasks  ALLLLLLLLL of the projects from that stage DISAPPEARED today! 8 missing projects.  I know there’s been some tinkering with all of these “new pipeline” features… but missing projects is a MASSIVE problem.  Anyone else??? 

First - I am still trying to figure out projects vs. clients.I have started using HB simply for an event (one date), though I can use it down the road for what it seems to be intended for - a CRM.Shouldn’t I have a PROJECT as an event (again, one date - multiple vendors) or should I call this something different.Many thanks,Donna

Does anyone else feel like they have a bit of analysis paralysis with all these new updates rolling out at once?! 🤣 I’m so excited it’s hard to decide what to do first...Audit all my Email Templates and add SmartFields? Customize my pipeline and adjust my automations?! Audit all my forms and add the Upload Files feature?! Post how excited I am on social media? Email all my honeybook setup clients to invite them to an Optimization service?!?!Tell me I’m not alone! 

Why isn't there anywhere in Honey Book that shows a complete itemization of project types, or items sold? It would be very useful to know how many of an item I sold in each project. For instance, I have no idea how much ice I sold versus how much I spent. Even in the expense report I can't see that as an individual item for expenses. Does that make sense?If there is a way to do this, please let me know!

Hello, I see there has been updates recently. As a heavy user of Honey book with several companies, is there a way or can there be a way to expand the notifications list? The bell at the top only lets you see back so far and you can’t expand it and get a full breakdown of activity without risk of it going away after clicking or moving the mouse off. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,Matt

Is there a location where we can access the list of Client worth? Would love to see who our top 20 customers are in terms of bookings in order to create special sales and emails for them. 

Hello, everyone! I’m so happy to be apart of this community. I wanted to introduce myself. I’m Kenniqua and I’m a Squarespace Website Designer and Systems Strategist located in Newport News, VA. I love empowering female entrepreneurs to just do the thing!  We often times get in our own way from launching business or showing up the way we want out of fear of what others are going to say or not knowing what to do. And even though I very much so introverted, I do try to encourage others to take the leap into entrepreneurship if that’s what they’re looking to do.
