Hi, I am trying to make sure I really understand how the automations work. Can I really only have one per project? The HB platform is supposed to be usable during the entire lifecycle of my project but one automation therefore really doesnt help with any efficiencies. I also took the time to set up a bunch of automations in the main tab and it was completely not intuitive that I then need to actually associate these with every lead/project...that is very time consuming and then then to find out I can only use one per project.  I am really dissapointed with this tool, I just spent hours setting stuff up thinking it would really help streamline my business and now I am back to square one sending items to my client manually. Help - am I misunderstanding? 

I just added my contact form to my website.  When I fill out a test inquiry, the lead doesn’t appear in Honeybook.  What am I doing wrong?  

I can’t find the answer to a problem I’m having on Honeybook with their scheduler not putting meetings that I( schedule for clients onto my clients schedule and it’s quite disruptive.  I am not finding any way to contact honeybook tech assistance or customer service at all.  Am I missing something? 

I had a client cancel her project, deposit was non-refundable.I archived the project but it still shows up in my reports and money totals.How do I get this out of my reports?

I would love to have my employees schedules big an visible.  My HoneyBook calendar is my bible and I would love to house my employees schedules in my HoneyBook calendar in a way that makes sense. Does anyone currently do this? How do you set it up?

I just double booked myself on accident because the calendar failed to load the dates I had booked. Whenever I go to that section of the app I have to wait 30 seconds to a minute for the bookings to load.anybody else have this issue?

Hello, Has anyone had the experience where a client invoice is showing as paid but there was actually no transaction to trace/show for it?

I have trying and testing multiple ways to make it easy for clients to schedule mini sessions. Is there a way to automate my Scheduler after someone books? For example, Scheduler is embeded on website page > client choose a time and submits > automation kicks out a full proposal to pay/sign contract. And then I could force an expiration on the proposal where they have to sign within 1 hour lets say, or else the spot is canceled. Sure would be great to have that. Otherwise what is the point of the Scheduler if we can’t set up what happens afterward? Any tips.. thanks.

So, I want to set up a standard template depending on the services used, that i can use in onboarding and discovery calls. I want to be able to select the template and save as, for each client. Effectively I want to be able to fill it in with fields like contact info and dates and notes about the client prior to the calls. I would like this to be visible to only me in the settings. Maybe it could serve as an ongoing client profile of sorts, that i can add to later if need me or if they want me for another service. did i miss this tutorial, or does this not exist?thanks!

I just noticed this now - my current HB offer is 50% discount for new subscribers… Which is the exact same as if a subscriber just went to HB and signed up for the free trial/discount on their own. It’s in the announcement banner.Am I missing something? Just trying to understand the incentive for them to use our code? If they forget, they can still subscribe for 50% off anyways just directly on the Honeybook site.Curious as to the logic here 🤔

Hi! So I created a really nice lead form last night only to realize that since I have the base plan for Honeybook, it doesn't have a scheduler. So I’m not able to attach it or calendly to the lead form. Right now, in my business, I really don’t need the plan up since it’s double the price. Are there any workarounds I can do if that makes sense? I really want to use this lead form now that I’ve made it but I was also hoping potential clients could fill that out and go ahead and schedule instead of me reaching out to schedule with them. Thanks!!

Hello all! #longpost warning. Can someone help break my brain with this please? I do SM Mgmt Services and I need help with suggestions on outlining this. I have 2 “roadways” where I have one path for clients that I create posts for who self post the content themselves-and a second path for clients that I have to manually post their content to their social media accounts every month. On new clients, when setting them up I immediately need to know that first due to back end work. That’s pathway A and B. Then I have 3 packages-Package 1, 2 and 3. From there I also offer each package with one optional upgrade. 1a. 2a. 3a. (With the letter ‘A’ representing the optional upgrade) I am super lost on how to set up the Projects and project types and what will be the Project Type vs Project Details. I want to obviously automate this but having the clients choose a drop down may be confusing to clients so my ultimate goal is to set these up where I have it structured in projects automatically.

I’m trying to understand if we can have more than 1 workflow for our setup and more than 1 automation for our setup and account?We’re being told by the contractor that we can’t.  And that just doesn’t make any sense! Thank you

I created a Digital Product funnel and linked it to my google drive just like it says to do. I went ahead and  did step by step as if I was the client purchasing the digital product, and it never gave the option to download after I paid. Any way to solve this issue? what did I do wrong on my end?

Hello! I’m trying to create a mini session in HB. I’ve created a lead, but it doesn’t allow me to add a contract. I’ve created a session through scheduler, and I can’t add contract or payment. I have created a smart file, (which this is the way I want to do it!) but I can’t find a link to share it unless someone is a client.  what do I need to do? 

I have a few things set up. It’s the automations I need help with make it workI set up an automation for inquiry email (then what I thought would send my calendar) but it skips that and goes straight to the “thank you for scheduling email”I’ve tried researching. It’s not clicking for me. ISO of someone to hire to help me 

So I spent quite a bit of time making a lead form that I thought was a brochure, they seem almost so similar that they should just be the same thing. Anyway, I know I could just copy and paste all the blocks from a lead form and make a brochure, but can I just have a button that automatically converts the lead form to a brochure? I'm honestly kind of confused and what the difference is. The reason why is I need the lead form to be a part of my automation process, when people submit the contact form they should automatically be sent my lead form but I guess you can't do that

Is there any way to extract a list of who has completed the contact form?  Things have been going rather fast and furious for the past two weeks, and I’d like to track our progress on all who came into my Honeybook client/project list by completing the contact form on my website.

A client reached out to say they have a new email and asked if I can update it. Honeybook doesnt seem to allow that. Any advice?
