I don’t understand why there isn’t a report that shows how many times each package or service was booked.   Is this coming soon?

I want to share a quick overview of the notes feature in use! I love the new feature and believe it is a powerful addition to the HoneyBook toolbox! Have a watch and see what you think:   

In need of a new website that integrates HB as part of the customer flow. Not seeing much experience with Pros having experience in working with venues. Even posting this request seems to have venues as an after thought.

I’m trying to create a template bundle for virtual assistants. I have my templates created and my goal is to first give them access to a Freebie template then give them the chance to upgrade to a bundle. I’m having trouble automating this to where the lead form triggers the template to send to the persons email after they request it. Any tips on how to do this? 

I have submitted three tests from my website. They are not appearing as Inquiries in HoneyBook. I have the Contact Form embedded in my website. When I click Send, it used to pop up very quickly with the new Inquiry. Currently, the Inquiry is not showing up in HoneyBook at all!

I have a list of contacts that I imported into Honeybook but I can’t readily identify the list of contacts once imported. Is there a way to create a tag in the .csv file before importing so that I can easily identify and group the contacts together? The only way I can see to do it now is to search for the names one by one and create the tag AFTER importing which kind of defeats the convenience of being able to import from a file. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. 

I am currently refining how backup solutions are offered to my clients, specifically the integration of cloud storage options. My goal is to offer cloud storage as a subscription service linked to the client's profile, covering all their projects, rather than charging per project. This approach will prevent repeat clients from being charged multiple times for the same service.Here are the backup solutions I provide:30-Day Free Deletion - Standard offering where project files are deleted after 30 days unless another option is selected. Hard Drive Delivery - One-time delivery of files on a hard drive. Cloud Storage Subscription - Monthly or annual subscription options to keep files accessible and secure.These options are typically presented at the final stage of each project during the wrap-up phase.Could you provide guidance on how to set up a recurring subscription for service

We are trying to utilize the scheduler for all team members and appointments since we are all using one space. Some appointments are for booked clients and some are new leads. According to help center, the scheduler only blocks the time if a contract is signed and not for inquires. This seems strange and I would love to know if anyone has a work around?? 

Please!  How is everyone using lead forms with multiple offerings/dates? This year, I’m offering both mini-sessions AND micro-sessions and they’re different time lengths, therefore I need 2 different schedulers. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow me to do so in one lead form and it’s super confusing.   

Early in June, I invoiced a client two days in advance of their first paid session. Upon receiving the invoice, they canceled and are not moving forward with coaching at this time. I need to delete the invoice. I’ve searched and researched how to do this. I can’t find anything. I’ve tried editing the invoice by removing the service, removing the quantity, and moving the due date far in the future, but HB keeps sending me notices that it’s past due. I am afraid they are also harassing the client with these messages which may affect my ability to get them into future coaching. I’ve also emailed a HB rep but have not received in a response in a week. Can anyone please assist me? I’ve done only three invoices in HB (two were paid on time as normal.) It’s becoming very frustrating that an anomaly is this hard to overcome and help is this difficult to find.

It seems that when we use the test email function for sending contracts and proposals the [TEST] notification shows up in the Activity Feed visible to the client. I validated this with support today to be sure. That makes very little sense, the whole point of sending a test is to keep my client from seeing me struggle to setup the email… but they are exposed to all my trial and error in the feed! BTW - If I could only view the portal from my client’s POV I could have also checked this without needing to bother your support team. (Which is an idea I’ve seen and upvoted, but would 100x if I could) 

My clients typically work on a NET 30 payment basis, meaning that I need to send them an invoice and fulfillment of payment occurs 30 days after invoice is sent. In my HB automation, after a consultation, I send a proposal where they can select services, sign a contract, and view invoice+pay. So with this approach, I setup the due date for payment to be 1 month after invoice is sent.Why is it though, that if the customer inputs their bank info, it charges them on the spot INSTEAD of 1 month later? In that case, outside of separating payments, what’s the use for this feature for single payments? Does anyone have advice on how my invoice/payment process should work for large clients that DON’T pay on the spot, but rather delay payments? 

Hello Everyone!!!My name is Bobby (CEO of BPerryFilms). I am new to HoneyBooks and wanted to know what critical assets this platform offers that can help me get started. I want to take my coaching, podcasting, and speaking engagement requests to a new level.

I run my consulting business and my catering business from Honeybook. I am going to start selling individual products as well (ice cream sandwiches and popsicles). Can I use Honeybook to make individual sales and track inventory like in a POS? Or is it too clunky to try to make that all work here and I should just use something else?

Hi all! I’m hoping someone can help clear this up for me. I’m working on setting up a contact form for a client; they would like the submitter to be directed to a custom “Thank You” message upon submitting the form. So far, it doesn’t seem like this is an option - is this correct? Does anyone have a workaround for this? There’s a string preference in having the TY message be customized rather than generic, but they don’t want the submitter directed to their website at this point.  

Can you have one Lead form for two separate service offerings and then have the automation work to send the specific emails, files, projects, etc. to whichever service they chose?  Or do I need to have a lead form for each service?

I’m curious if there is a way to trigger different things on one automation. I have an inquiry automation set up that is triggered by the contact form. It will send them a confirmation email then I answer a while later if I am available to set up a call. I was curious if I could have the automation split at this step. If they set up a call the automation gets turned off (I always forget to turn it off) and if they don’t set up a call to then send them follow up emails. I’m not sure if that is something that is possible so I am curiousThanks !

I currently offer a set of standard services, which are often combined to create a complete package. Is there a way to list all possible sub services I want to offer within a package so I or the client ultimately build a custom package?Ideally, I would want to see the package as the main service item and then the sub services as line items with the package price total listed as it is customized. Right now the only way I’ve been able to do it shows the package as $0 at the top of the service selection box and each sub service has its own subtotal. Because I offer add on services to my package product, all of those totals get combined in the invoice total. 

I am having a lot of difficulty getting my email to integrate.  I currently use Zoho and everything I do to integrate with HB is just not working.  Is there anyone that can help me?  I don’t necessarily like Zoho but it has worked for now and I don’t want to spend the time or money to change.   

I currently sign in with my Google account - meaning I don’t have a Honeybook specific password. I want to use the Chrome extension for Gmail but that requires login with email address and password. How can I change my login type to suit that?

Wondering how others handle it when you have a Parent (or someone other than the client) who wants to pay. My current setup is client gets a smartfile with services, invoice and contract. I understand I would need to set up 2 workspaces in the same project (one for client and one for parent), but how do you separate out the invoice from the services and client agreement? TIA

I have 2 families splitting one photography session.  Can I create one project with 2 clients and send them separate invoices?

I have multiple people who create projects. I want all of these projects assigned to me in the beginning of the client journey. Is there a way to assign a project to myself when I am not the project owner? I feel that since I am the business owner that I should be able to do this.

Is there any way to make a super admin a project owner?!
