Does anyone currently have or have a need for a virtual assistant? Particularly one that specializes in weddings, events, and floral design?  I am curious what other wedding professionals pain points are in regards to running their business especially during their busy points of a wedding season.  If you are interested (or have) a virtual assistant working for you can you share any of the following:Do you pay hourly or a set rate? What does the rate include? What is the most helpful task they help you with? What was the reason you picked that person/company? I am newly starting my photography business after years of taking pictures for family and friends. I really want to be primarily involved in the wedding industry.With that said, what gear should I have to start second shooting? I currently have a Canon Rebel T7i and for lenses a Sigma 35mm f1.4, Canon 75-300mm f4-5.6 & a Canon 18-55mm f3.5-5.6.Also, how does one advertise/market to actually get a second shooting gig?

I noticed it in my client's account just now when I was designing a smart file, but it's not yet in my account.
